Jamie Lynn Marie Spears (born April 4, 1991) is an American actress and singer, and the younger sister of pop star Britney Spears. She is best known for starring in the Nickelodeon television series Zoey 101.

Spears was born in Kentwood, Louisiana.She attended school at Parklane Academy in McComb, where she was a cheerleader and was involved in other sports. She finished her education there by online correspondence. She also has an older brother and older sister (Britney Spears) and in February 2008, Spears received her GED. Jamie Lynn also has a daughter, Maddie Briann who was born June 19, 2008. Spears is engaged to Casey Aldridge. He has been confirmed as the baby's father. Jamie and Maddie currently reside in Liberty, Mississippi.
